Therapy that helps you feel different, safe, seen, and fully yourself.
We’ll slow things down, make sense of what hurts, and rebuild connection, within yourself and with the people you love.
Why do I react so strongly, especially when I care the most?
When trauma resurfaces in midlife, it often arrives as an anxious hum, sudden waves of numbness, a quiet shutting down, a mind in constant overwhelm, or relationship patterns that leave you exhausted and unseen. These are old survival instincts still trying to protect you.
Therapy offers a gentler place to land, where your wounds are witnessed, your nervous system softens, and you begin to move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and compassion for the parts of you that have carried so much.
Safety
A space where you can share openly, without judgment, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Clarity
Understanding the patterns that once felt confusing or overwhelming.
Connection
Practicing new ways of relating that feel authentic and actually last.
You bring your story; I’ll bring structure, safety, and momentum.
Therapy is offered in English and Spanish for women and couples navigating childhood trauma, emotional neglect, chronic shame, and painful relational cycles. Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and attachment-based work, sessions help clients feel more regulated, grounded, and connected, within themselves and the people they love.
Trauma Therapy for Women
If childhood pain still lingers in your body and mind—through worry, overgiving, or quiet self-doubt, we’ll nurture those younger parts, rebuild safety within, and help you feel whole again.
Couples Therapy (EFT)
Behind arguments are deeper questions: Do you see me? Do I matter to you? Will you be there when I reach for you? With EFT, we’ll slow the cycle, speak needs, and build secure, lasting bonds.
Groups (RRP)
Healing in community using the Relational Reparenting Process truth-telling, compassionate inner-child care, and safe connection. Join the interest list.
Neurofeedback
Noninvasive brain training that supports regulation, focus, and calmer mood. We’ll decide together if it’s a fit alongside therapy.
Hike Therapy (in training)
Nature-based sessions outdoors engaging breath, movement, and the calming effects of the natural world.
EMDR
Helps your brain reprocess stuck memories so they’re less triggering
Somatic Therapy
Uses breath and body awareness to release stored stress.
EFT for Couples
Turns blame into bonding by naming needs and emotions.
Neurofeedback
Trains the brain toward regulation; often improves sleep, focus, and reactivity.
Many clients appreciate working with someone who deeply understands the role faith plays in resilience and meaning.
As a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents who loves Jesus, there is a personal understanding of cultural, relational, and spiritual pressures, and how they shape identity, attachment, and emotional expression. Your story is honored with sensitivity, cultural awareness, and a compassion-first lens.

Yes—if you want it. For Christian clients, we can explore how faith, identity, and attachment wounds intersect. Faith is never pressured or used as a tool for shame; it’s honored gently and respectfully. If you prefer a non-faith approach, that is fully supported as well.

Most clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why their reactions feel so big. If you want a slower, more compassionate space to understand your story, explore your patterns, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others, we may be a good fit.

What Sets My Approach Apart?
What makes my work different is the way I combine trauma therapy with deep emotional attunement. You won’t get surface-level coping skills or a checklist of things to fix. We slow down enough to understand what your nervous system learned in childhood, how it shows up in your relationships, and why your reactions make perfect sense.
Clients often tell me this is the first time they’ve felt truly understood, not judged, not rushed, not told to “just get over it.” Instead, we uncover the meaning beneath your triggers, your shutdowns, your people-pleasing, and your fears about being too much or not enough.
My background as a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents, my faith, and my training in EMDR, somatic therapy, and EFT all shape the space we create together. It’s a grounded, compassionate, culturally aware approach that helps you heal old wounds, strengthen your relationships, and finally feel like yourself again. This is trauma therapy that goes beyond symptom relief, offering clarity, connection, and change that lasts.
Are you ready to take the next step?
If you’re tired of holding everything together on your own, or you’re starting to see patterns you don’t want to repeat, reach out. Therapy doesn’t require you to have the right words or know where to start, you only need a willingness to show up as you are.
If you’re ready to move beyond coping and into real clarity, healing, and connection, I invite you to contact me. Let’s talk and see if this feels like a safe place for your next step.
